Jarbeeda Rehabilitation & Solarization – DLG Kordofan (RFQ0004/CO/26)

Tender Description

This Request for Quotations (RFQ0004/CO/26), issued by LM International under the Sudan Programme and funded by SHF-WK, seeks eligible vendors to supply solar equipment and materials for the rehabilitation and solarization of water infrastructure in Jarbeeda, DLG, Kordofan. The scope of work includes the supply of 115 solar panels (710W or higher), multiple VICHI inverters of varying capacities, DC/AC wiring, complete control panels, MC4 connectors, MPPT switches, structural steel and pipe components, welding rods, and L-bolts for operating boreholes and boosters. The selected vendor must provide all necessary labour, materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with the Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and technical specifications. The award will be a Fixed Price Contract/Purchase Order to the best bidder evaluated on a Best Value for Money basis.

- Valid Company legal registration certificates - Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate - Valid Tax Compliance Certificate - Company profile or summary of relevant experience - Minimum of three (3) references for similar projects (preferably donor-funded, within the last two years) - SDG and USD Bank Account Details (issued on bank letterhead with full banking details) - Signed LM International Supplier Code of Conduct - Prices must be quoted in SDG (Sudanese Pounds) on a fixed-price, all-inclusive basis (taxes, delivery, handling included) - Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 calendar days from submission deadline - Quotations must be submitted on the vendor's official letterhead - At least 2 years of experience with similar donor-funded WASH projects (verifiable references) - Price quotation must be submitted separately from technical documents but within the same email - Reference the RFQ number (RFQ0004/CO/26) in any response
