Obligations of Publishing Organizations
Organizations publishing tenders must provide accurate and clear information about tender requirements, adhere to the announced opening and evaluation dates, and deal transparently with all suppliers.
Obligations of Suppliers
Suppliers must submit accurate and truthful bids, and must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to competitors' bids or to influence the evaluation process.
Intellectual Property
All rights related to the platform's design, logo, and content are reserved to Nile Bid, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The platform acts as a technical intermediary connecting organizations and suppliers, and is not responsible for any contractual disputes arising between parties as a result of published tenders.
Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or harms the platform or its other users.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes implicit acceptance of it.
