Supply and Delivery of 1 Toyota Hilux (New) – Diesel Model 2023-2025 (LOT 2)

Tender Description

ZOA Sudan is issuing a re-advertised Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of one (1) brand-new Toyota Hilux pickup truck (Diesel, Model 2023-2025), on a zero-mileage basis, complete with all accessories including safety equipment and spare parts, without customs clearance (LOT 2). The vehicle must be delivered to ZOA Office, Hai Almufargaat, House No. 412, Gedaref, Sudan. Bids may be submitted in SDG, USD, or EUR, and payment will be made within 15 working days after delivery and submission of the final invoice and reception note. ZOA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in whole or in part.

Requirements & Specifications

- Supply 1 brand-new Toyota Hilux pickup truck, Diesel, Model 2023-2025, zero-mileage, with all accessories (safety equipment, spare parts) and without customs clearance - Comprehensive company profile with registration documents, Tax and VAT certificates - Financial capacity proof: bank statement for at least 3 months or a bank reference letter - At least 3 similar previous experiences in vehicle dealership or similar field - Offer must clearly state: ex-works unit price, transport cost to delivery point, earliest delivery period, total unit price, and confirmed delivery schedule - Offer validity: not less than 30 working days - Defects liability period: not less than 3 months; guarantee period: 6 months from taking over - Suppliers quoting in USD, EUR, or SDG must possess a bank account in the company's name for that currency (account details included in offer) - Signed ZOA Supplier Code of Conduct must be submitted with offer - Invoice must be attached; final invoice including VAT is required - Liquidated damages: 0.1% per day for late delivery due to supplier default - Vendors will be screened for anti-corruption due diligence before contract confirmation
